Best when heated in conventional oven. Remove brie from wrapper and place in brie baker. Place bri baker in cold oven and bake at 400 degrees for 21-28 minutes, or until crust is brown. Allow cheese to cool 3-5 minutes before serving.
Baked brie is great as an hors d’oeuvre, an entrée served with salad, as a side dish, or as a dessert served with fruit.
